Lukas joined Kelman-Lazarov as Support Advisor following his graduation from Missouri State University, where he earned finance-focused undergraduate and graduate degrees and competed as a student athlete on the men’s NCAA Division 1 golf team during his years in Springfield. 

Lukas grew up in Kansas, where his mother manages donor relations activities at the University of Kansas and his father is a podiatric physician. “Through competition in collegiate sports, I learned that the pursuit of large goals benefits tremendously from a supportive, hardworking team and excellent leadership,” said McCalla. “Kelman-Lazarov has both. It’s clear that Kelman-Lazarov’s client-focused culture drives the firm’s sustained success.” His primary focus is learning how to serve clients the way Kelman-Lazarov prioritizes by building relationships based on trust and competence. 

As a volunteer with The Boys and Girls Club of Springfield, he said he witnessed the great impact one good role model can have on a child. He looks to support youth sports and after-school activities as he settles in in Memphis, where he is already a fan of the Memphis Grizzlies as well as the Kansas City Chiefs.
