Elsa Allmendinger
Associate Trader
Elsa joined Kelman-Lazarov in 2026 as an Associate Trader, supporting the investment team by helping portfolio managers rebalance client portfolios and running market research as needed.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and a Bachelor of Arts in public policy leadership from the University of Mississippi, then spent a year in Luxembourg teaching English through the Fulbright Program. Between that year, two terms studying in France, and a handful of policy internships, she figured out what she wanted from a career. “I have a strong desire to do work that is meaningful and that has a direct impact on others,” she said. “Kelman-Lazarov gives me exactly that.”
What she likes best about the firm is how much everyone pitches in. “Every day here is a chance to learn more,” Elsa said, “and the team supports each other in doing it.”
Elsa is the oldest of four, with twin sisters and a little brother. When she is not in the office, you will likely find her traveling, soaking up some sun, trying a new restaurant, or cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels.
