As a senior financial advisor and CFP® professional, Chris Purcell listens actively and attentively to understand clients and their goals. He collaborates with colleagues on a seasoned team and crafts custom-tailored plans to enable individuals, families, and businesses to achieve their financial aims.

A Christian Brothers High School (CBHS) grad, Chris studied psychology, sociology and history on route to his B.A. at Louisiana State University (LSU).  He is a CFP^® professional.

Chris joined Kelman-Lazarov in 2018 after several years with another firm where he specialized in financial planning for medical professionals.

Chris and his wife, Melissa, a physician recruiter with Baptist Medical Group, have a four-year-old daughter. They enjoy family time on the weekends. They root for teams from LSU, the St. Louis Cardinals and the Memphis Grizzlies. And the support the Ronald McDonald House and several Memphis area animal rescue groups, among others.
